A really neat package arrived in the mail Friday all the way from Australia, the package contained a cassette copy of “Flower Days” by Wizard OZ which is out now on Peking Tapes. Flower Days contains super great pop songs, that flow around in a soft whimsy to the hum of the tape. Often they are instrumental with the occasional blur of phased out vocals here and there.
Humming harmonies, and tiny melodic hooks dance around drum machines as you find yourself getting lost in this one! Strongly recommend picking it up and listening to this international smash.
