Found this 7in in a clearance bin and ended up talking my way into getting it for free. Initially I wanted it based entirely on the album art, I had never heard of the band Mutating Meltdown but I thought I would check it out after being able to swindle it.
Fantasy EP is your typical 45rpm 7in with an A side and a B side. However, Mutating Meltdown don’t make your typical music. Turned out this was an amazing find, spazz electro, experimental, punk, female vocals, sax, the works. I definitely prefer the A side “Fantasy” to the B side “Six Minutes Underground”. Apparently you can’t really get this 7in anywhere anymore so I will have to route you here if you want to hear the tracks.
