Saw this band open for Peaking Lights a year or so ago at YOBS in Tempe. It was really cool, soft noise loop work, done by Jane Austen and Tim Coster. Seeing Currer Bells was sort of a magical experience, quiet house show, tarot card reading, band from New Zealand. Ultimate interaction with not only global artists but cool human beings as well.
I picked up their five song full length CD “Plays” after their set and listened to it quite a bit. Recently I have rediscovered this gem and would like to inform the world of its existence!
